Rym Bahri joined Emergence Partners in early 2025. She has over 10 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and financial advisory acquired at Oddo BHF Corporate Finance in Paris and INMA in Tunis.

Before joining Emergence, Rym served as Vice President at INMA, a private equity and private debt firm, where she led investment and financing transactions across various sectors including international transportation, healthcare, real estate, and financial services. Previously, she worked at Oddo BHF Corporate Finance as an Associate, where she advised clients active in Europe and led mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, and financing advisory projects.

holds a Master’s degree in Financial Engineering from ISG and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from IHEC Carthage. She also holds the International Certificate in Corporate Finance from HEC Paris Executive Education, the AMF certification, as well as the CFA Level I.

Rym is based in Tunis and speaks French, English, and Arabic.
