Malek Amara joined Emergence Partners as an M&A Analyst Intern before progressing to a full-time M&A Analyst role in September 2025.

Prior to joining Emergence Partners, Malek completed several internships in Corporate Finance and financial analysis, notably in M&A at CAP Bank and in risk analysis at Quantylix, where she contributed to financial and strategic analyses, as well as valuation and performance analysis.

Malek holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, major in Finance and minor in Business Analytics, from Tunis Business School, as well as a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance and Financial Markets from Université Paris-Dauphine.

Malek is based in Tunis and speaks French, English, and Arabic.
