Oumaima joined Emergence Partners in October 2024 as an M&A Analyst.

Prior to joining Emergence, she gained experience in private equity at UGFS-NA, where she contributed to investment analysis and structuring, financial modeling and valuations, as well as portfolio monitoring and the preparation of transaction materials.

She also developed a solid foundation in audit at EY, financial analysis at Tunisie Valeurs, as well as fundraising and business development through roles across four startups.

Oumaima holds a Master’s degree in Business Analytics and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance from Tunis Business School.

Oumaima is based in Tunis and speaks English, French, and Arabic.
